Change of Online Prescription Service   If you use the online prescription service, you need to come into the Surgery to register for a new password - please bring along photo ID to do this. 


WE ARE A YELLOW FEVER CENTRE! You do not have to be registered with us to access this service. However, if you are not, you will be required to complete a form with basic information, before we can book an appointment.


Travel Clinic
We can provide a full Travel Health Service to ensure your health is protected when you go abroad. 


Out of Hours
We are covered by the Frimley Primary Care Services Limited, based at Frimley Park Hospital and accessed by dialling 111.


Prescriptions
There are several ways to request or collect your prescriptions. Please check under the 'Prescriptions' page.


Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the first 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.


Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m.  They are made only at the doctor's discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning, as the doctor is likely to phone you before making the home visit.

Text Message Reminders

 

mobile phoneYou can now register to receive information by text message on your phone regarding appointments, surgery information, health care and health campaigns.

If we have your mobile number on record, you will receive text reminders when you make an appointment and again 48 hours before your appointment. 

With effect from 25 May 2018, due to the new GDPR law, you will no longer receive text messages and emails from the surgery if you have not opted in to this service.

You can opt in (or out) of receiving messages from the surgery by texting OPTIN or OPTOUT to 07800 000199.
