Change of Online Prescription Service   If you use the online prescription service, you need to come into the Surgery to register for a new password - please bring along photo ID to do this. 


WE ARE A YELLOW FEVER CENTRE! You do not have to be registered with us to access this service.


Travel Clinic
We can provide a full Travel Health Service to ensure your health is protected when you go abroad. 


Out of Hours
We are covered by the Frimley Primary Care Services Limited, based at Frimley Park Hospital and accessed by dialling 111.


Prescriptions
There are several ways to request or collect your prescriptions. Please check under the 'Prescriptions' page.


Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the first 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.


Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m.  They are made only at the doctor's discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning, as the doctor is likely to phone you before making the home visit.

Dr Karen Redman

We are delighted to announce that Dr Karen Redman has become a Partner at the Practice with effect from 1st April 2017.  She will continue with the same clinical sessions but will also be more involved in the future running of the surgery.

Dementia Friends

Giffard Drive Surgery is one of the first surgeries in Farnborough to receive the official ‘Dementia Friendly Practice’ award from Dementia Friendly Hampshire.

Online Prescription Service 

Please bring along photo ID to register with the Surgery and receive your new online Patient Access password.  The "old" online prescription service was switched off at the end of July 2015.

New "How to Use the NHS" video guides available in English and Nepalese

We have worked together with some of our local colleagues to create a video explaining how to use the various NHS services.  This video is available in both English and Nepalese language versions.  It shows a patient's pathway from the GP, Pharmacy, Dentist, Optician, and Hospital.  Just click on the title and it will start playing
