If you think you may have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and/or a high temperature, please stay at home for 7 days. Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, visit the NHS111 online service. Only call 111 if you cannot get help online. For anything else, contact your GP surgery by phone or eConsult.

WE ARE A YELLOW FEVER CENTRE! You do not have to be registered with us to access this service. However, if you are not, you will be required to complete a form with basic information, before we can book an appointment.

Travel Clinic
We can provide a full Travel Health Service to ensure your health is protected when you go abroad.

Out of Hours
We are covered by the Frimley Primary Care Services Limited, based at Frimley Park Hospital and accessed by dialling 111.

There are several ways to request or collect your prescriptions. Please check under the 'Prescriptions' page.

Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the first 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.

Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m.  They are made only at the doctor's discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning, as the doctor is likely to phone you before making the home visit.

Advance Bookings

consultationYou can make an appointment with the doctors usually up to six weeks in advance for follow up or routine appointments

For something more urgent we will endeavour to give you an appointment on the day.

However, there are times, such as when we are extremely busy, or on the occasions when you only require advice, where we will suggest that you are listed on the 'Triage' screen with a contact telephone number.   This means that the doctor will phone you back, usually within the hour, and discuss the problem with you and where necessary, making an appointment for you.

You may be requested to phone for an 'on the day appointment' early in the morning on that day (from 8.30 am onwards)

If for any reason you are unable to keep an appointment time PLEASE do let us know so that someone else can use the appointment slot.

In line with other GP Surgeries, it is Practice policy to review all our Did Not Attend (DNA) appointments on a daily basis.  If a patient fails to attend 3 or more appointments per year without notifying us in advance or cancelling the appointment, they may be off-listed and asked to leave to Practice.
