CORONAVIRUS - IMPORTANT INFORMATION PLEASE READ

If you think you may have symptoms associated with coronavirus including a new continuous cough and/or a high temperature, please stay at home for 7 days. Do not go to a GP surgery, pharmacy or hospital. If your symptoms are serious, or get worse, visit the NHS111 online service. Only call 111 if you cannot get help online. For anything else, contact your GP surgery by phone or eConsult.

Change of Online Prescription Service   If you use the online prescription service, you need to come into the Surgery to register for a new password - please bring along photo ID to do this. 


WE ARE A YELLOW FEVER CENTRE! You do not have to be registered with us to access this service. However, if you are not, you will be required to complete a form with basic information, before we can book an appointment.


Travel Clinic
We can provide a full Travel Health Service to ensure your health is protected when you go abroad. 


Out of Hours
We are covered by the Frimley Primary Care Services Limited, based at Frimley Park Hospital and accessed by dialling 111.


Prescriptions
There are several ways to request or collect your prescriptions. Please check under the 'Prescriptions' page.


Test Results
We are extremely busy with telephone calls for the first 2 hours of the morning - to help us please do not phone for results until after 10.00 a.m.


Home Visits
Visits should be requested, where possible, before 10.00 a.m.  They are made only at the doctor's discretion.  Please ensure you leave a contact number and address when phoning, as the doctor is likely to phone you before making the home visit.

All our staff are committed to caring for you, our Patient.  We have a good team of GPs, Nurses, Health Care Assistants and Receptionists.  All our staff are here to help you.   If you have any questions, please just ask.

Administration

Mrs Vicki Stephens (f)

Vicki is our Medical Insurance Clerk and all non-NHS work is administered by her.  Non-NHS work is carried out by the GPs after they have seen their patients and dealt with the paperwork associated with their appointments.  This means that all private work, such as medical reports for insurance companies and letters to authorities can take a minimum of 10 days to process.  Please also remember that the majority of non-NHS work attracts a charge, so please ask what the fee is when handing in non-NHS work.

Docman and Workflow Lead - all letters and reports relating to patients' medical records are initially saved onto the patient's record and then actioned by Eve and workflowed to the patient's GP for further action and information. 

Mrs Caroline Fealey (f)

Gynae Clinic Medical Secretary & Clerk.

Our Gynae medical secretary Caroline works 3 days a week, producing the letters, reports and referrals for the Tier 2 Gynae Clinic.  She is responsible for arranging all the appointments for this Clinic.

Our Reception Team provide the important first contact for our patients with any general enquiries. They can assist with appointments, standard test results and information on services.

When you call for an appointment, the Reception Team will ask you for a brief description of your symptoms in order to be able to offer you the most appropriate appointment with one of the clinical team. 

Secretaries

Our medical secretary Mandy works Monday to Wednesday from 9am - 2pm.  She produces the letters, reports and referrals for all the doctors, so if you have a query, please call during these hours.
